                  Auto Cad training starts with straight line. To draw a straight line in Auto Cad without proper knowledge is very difficult. You have to keep your mouse straight to keep the line straight. Otherwise, in Auto Cad, the line will not be straight.
                 However, if you know the proper way, drawing a straight line is very simple. All you need is to keep the 'ORTHO' tab on to draw a straight line in Auto Cad.

So....the procedure are:

1. Open the Auto Cad interface
2. From bottom, turn the 'ORTHO' tab on
3. Pick up the 'Draw Line' option from the left side bar

Now every line will be a straight line.

          Now picking up the length of straight line. To draw technical drawing, every measurement must be perfect. To draw straight line with an specific length just type the length wile the 'Draw Straight Line' option is active and hit enter. The length of the line will be exactly what you've entered.

Fixing Length of Line:

1. First click on the 'Line' tab located on the left bar of the Auto Cad Interface.
2. Click on the interface to initial the first point of the straight line
3. Now put the length from keyboard and hit enter
